If you or your child are not satisfied with our product, we offer a No Questions Asked Refund Policy if you choose to return the original undamaged product in its original packaging with all accessories within 10 days from the date of purchase or 7 days from the date of delivery.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the original undamaged product and its packaging within 10 days from the date of purchase or 7 days from the date of delivery.

After we receive your product, our quality team will take your feedback & will inspect it and then process your refund.

The money will be refunded/reversed to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.

For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If you have initiated the return after 10 days from the date of purchase or 7 days from the date of delivery have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In general, you can only cancel an order if it has NOT been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible to modify or cancel an order.
